Exhibitor Information
Please review the important information below regarding exhibiting at Nevada Oncology Society events.
Corporate Members
If you are already a corporate member of the state, there's nothing more that you need to do! We will:
- Reach out to collect attendee registrant information and provide logistical information about your exhibit display and other activities your company may have access to during the event
- Provide one (1) exhibit display table per company, assigned onsite based on your level of membership
- Send the pre and post attendee list to assist with networking and making connections
If you’d like to verify your Corporate Membership status with this state society, please email corporaterelations@accc-cancer.org.
Non-Member Exhibitors
- Non-Member Display Opportunities are $5,000 and include two (2) full access registrations and a display table. Please note that not every state society meeting can accommodate Non-Member exhibitors.
- If you are NOT a Corporate Member of this state society (see Corporate Members page), and you wish to be considered for a display table, please complete the below form to be added to the waitlist.
- We will only reach out to issue a Notifications of Acceptance to the submitter of the form, via email.
- Do NOT send payment until you receive notification that your company has been formally accepted, AND have completed the required registration form for your display.
- Submitting the form below does not mean you are confirmed to exhibit.
